Terry Parkman is the NextGen Pastor at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN, a multi-site church with locations in the US and abroad. There he oversees all things kids, youth, adults, and emerging leaders. Along with his responsibilities at River Valley, Terry serves as the Global co-chair for Empowered21 NexGen's efforts in seeing an emerging generation of Spirit-filled leaders rise up to lead the Church into the future. Terry also travels and speaks internationally on leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that affects the Church today. He lives in the Minneapolis-metro area with his wife Christina and his daughters Avalie and Nova.
Vince Parker serves as the Central Ministry Leader for Switch, the youth ministry at Life.Church. With more than 12 years on the Life.Church team, he uses his pastoral experience and eye for excellence to lead a team of more than 50 youth pastors across 11 states. He is passionate about seeing students and leaders live out the calling that God has placed on their lives. Prior to this current role, Vince served as a youth pastor and as the Campus Pastor for Life.Church Broadway and Britton. In his down time, he enjoys completing for the best yard on the block and adding to this sneaker collection. Vince and his wife, Melissa, live in Oklahoma City with their daughter, Adriana.
Matthew is a Young Adults Pastor at Gateway Church (Dallas, TX). He helps oversee the NextGen department at the Southlake Campus. Having been in student ministry for 15 years, Matthew has a strong passion to reach the next generation. He is a Los Angeles, CA native, but has called Dallas home for the past 11 years where he lives with his wife, Brittany, and their three children.
