Frank Markow has been teaching and leading in Christian higher education for the past 22 years, and currently is Professor of Leadership Studies and Director of the Master of Organizational Leadership Program at The King’s University in Southlake, Texas. His passion is to help leaders and organizations become all that God has called them to be through innovative approaches to education. He teaches at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level, helping students discover more about themselves, and expand their capacity to be more effective leaders. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University School of Leadership & Entrepreneurship, an M.A. in Ministry Leadership from Church of God Theological Seminary (now PTS), and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Patten University. In addition to SPS, he has been a member of the Academy of Management, the International Leadership Association, and the Foursquare Scholars Fellowship, presented numerous times at academic conferences and is published in peer reviewed journals and edited volumes on leadership. Research interests include vocational calling, narrative identity, Pentecostal leadership, love and leadership. He lives with Gina, his wife of 32 years in the DFW Texas area, and has four adult children. He is also an avid musician, playing multiple instruments and styles.
